We provide Rotary Care Telephone Assurance calls through Judy as a daily wellness check for aging, disabled, and homebound individuals in our community. This service provides consistent daily contact and an added layer of support to help promote the safety and well-being of individuals who live independently.

Have a loved one who is homebound, or are you homebound yourself and in need of help with cleaning? Our cleaning provider, Mildred, can come to your home and provide assistance with general household cleaning to help you maintain a clean, comfortable living environment.
Services include general level cleaning livingroom, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen areas.

We work with pharmacies throughout the community to help eligible clients access needed medications for both long-term and immediate medical needs. Our program helps reduce barriers to obtaining essential prescriptions and supports clients in maintaining access to their medications. If approved, you will be given a voucher to pick up your prescription from one of our partnering pharmacies: Forest Heights, McCook's Pharmacy, Southern Pharmacy

We work with clients who are eligible to receive Medicare. A one-on-one appointment will be scheduled to review and/or enroll in Medicare Part D plan for the upcoming year.
If you have an Advantage Plan, we can assist you by contacting a Medicare representative by telephone during your appointment to review available plans for the upcoming year. This will allow you to follow only on our dual computer screen.
